    Less post-treatment discomfort
    Faster healing
    Less need for Sutures
Minimal damage to the surrounding Tissue
Safe on patients taking anti-coagulants like Aspirin etc.,

Lasers are also used for these soft tissue procedures:

    Gingivoplasty
    Gingivectomy
    Exposure of unerupted teeth

    Root canal debridgement and cleaning
    Root canal preparation and sterilization
  • 2. ROOT CANAL TREATMENT

This is a simple procedure which helps to save your teeth and your smile without any discomfort. It takes one or three visits to save the tooth by R.C.T.

Each tooth has soft tissue called pulp in the centre ,which supplies nutrients to the tooth . When this pulp is deceased or injured the pulp tissue dies .If this is not removed, it may lead to infection which leads to tooth loss. After the removal of the pulp, the root canal is cleaned and sealed off to protect it. Then a crown is placed over the tooth to make it stronger

  • 3. COSMETIC RESTORATION

This is done to improve the patient’s facial appearance and smile. This can make you smile more confidently.

    This treatment includes :
Tooth coloured fillings: Fillings are done to restore the decayed or damaged tooth . These tooth coloured fillings do not show out and give your teeth a natural appearance.

Bonding: Broken or cracked tooth can be corrected by the Bonding procedure. Composite filling material which looks like tooth enamel is applied to the surface of a tooth and then it is shaped, contoured and polished making the crack or the broken piece invisible.

  • 4. FIXED TEETH

If you have damaged, or missing teeth, we treat you with fixed teeth to improve your appearance and chewing function. They come in the form of dental crowns or bridges. Crowns or caps are made of natural looking porcelain or ceramic that fit and replace the entire part of a decayed tooth above the gumline.

Crowns are essential for broken down old fillings, fractured, chipped, or sensitive teeth. They serve the purpose of strengthening the decayed tooth and improve the appearance of the teeth. Fixed bridges are placed to replace one or more missing teeth . A bridge will keep teeth from drifting into the space created from a missing tooth , and help preserve normal bite for the jaw joint. These Crowns as well as Bridges are available in a variety of materials like Nickel chrome, Gold, Ceramic and Zirconium etc.,

  • 5. REMOVABLE DENTURES

This replaces one or more missing teeth. These can be removed easily for cleaning. Removable dentures are composed of a metal frame work with plastic teeth and gum area with attachments which hold the denture in place.

  • 6. COMPLETE DENTURES

Happy Smiling , Happy Chewing : When most or all your natural teeth are lost, dentures provide many benefits such as:

    Restore your self-esteem
    Regain your eating ability
    Aid speaking ability
Give support back to the lips and cheeks (giving you a natural and younger appearance)

Complete dentures are placed in the patient’s mouth after all the teeth have been extracted and the gum tissue is healed. Healing takes anywhere, from a few weeks, to a few months, depending upon the patient.

  • 7. DENTAL IMPLANTS

Dental implants, the latest in Dentistry, is the perfect treatment option for people with one, few, or all missing teeth. Implants allow you to do all sorts of activities which is possible with normal teeth and not with artificial, fixed, or removable teeth.

Implants do not rely on adjoining teeth for support as the conventional bridges need to. So they save cutting down existing natural teeth.

Advantages of Implants over conventional bridges and dentures :

They are more aesthetic as they emerge out of the gums as natural teeth
Adjoining teeth are not reduced so saves your natural teeth
Boost up your confidence as no fear of adhesive coming off
More reliable with highly predictable success rate
Bite force of Implants is more than bridges and dentures so more efficient chewing
With Implants there is no decay and you can brush normally
  • 8. GUM SURGERIES (FLAP SURGERIES)

Food accumulation on the tooth forms hard deposits over the tooth and enhances bacterial growth which leads to gum infection or bleeding gums. This is the most common cause of tooth loss. It makes the gums swollen and loose which in turn makes the tooth mobile and sometimes cause infection.

Gum diseases do not just affect oral health but also known to be linked with heart diseases. The American Dental Association acknowledged that the toxins in the mouth which are associated with gum disease may eventually lead to heart problems or diseases like artery blockage, and heart attacks. This problem of the gum diseases can be corrected by Gum surgery or Flap Surgery.
